These terms apply to the web version of Quiver Words at quiverwords.app/play, this website and the Quiver Words apps when they're released (together, "Quiver Words"). Quiver Words is provided by Barton Eby Online Marketing, LLC under the name Arrow Stack Games ("we," "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Quiver Words.

Who can play

Quiver Words is intended for players 13 and older.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Quiver Words for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Don't use bots, cheats or tools that modify the game or our servers.

Word list

Quiver Words uses its own list of accepted English words, with offensive words removed. We may add or remove words at any time, and a word not being accepted isn't a statement about whether it's a real word.

Ads and gems

Quiver Words is free. The apps will be supported by ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward, such as a gem. Gems and other rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

Our content

The Quiver Words name, logo, artwork, code, word list and other content belong to us or our licensors. Sharing your own screenshots and scores for personal, non-commercial use is welcome.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering any part of Quiver Words, including features and levels, at any time. We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Quiver Words is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the game will always be available, error-free or that your progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Quiver Words. Our total liability for any claim relating to Quiver Words is limited to $10.

App stores

If you download Quiver Words from Apple's App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and aren't responsible for the game or support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
